Danish Modern coffee table

Dew Drop Danish Modern Coffee Table

1 in stock

Dew Drop  is a Danish Modern coffee table, suitable for the contemporary urban living space.  The top is made from 20 years old alder wood applied on birch plywood and  and coated with liquid glass. The reclaimed alder wood shows the impact of the rain on the wood, and we tried to bring out the contrast between the lightly colored wood (white and pink nuances) and the dark – grayish fibers corroded by the water. The legs are from steel and the design style is Danish modern.

Dew Drop is one of the most elegant table in the WoodSkins collection, due to the beautiful and textured alder wood and the slim legs. This is a limited series product, as the design can be replicated, but the wood texture is virtually impossible to be regenerated.

Why have we named it Dew Drop? Because we wanted to emphasize the marks that the water leaves on wood and also because the table has the same ethereal beauty as the morning dew.
